Hi Olenka! Okay so, what do you do? How long have you done it? How did you get started?

Hi! I'm the CEO of iStartFirst, Speaker and Women's Coach. I started coaching 7 years ago, coaching women exclusively 4 years ago. I decided to work with women only after being a part of Amazon best-seller book, Passionistas, sharing stories of women founders pursuing their passions. I saw too many women playing small and not being willing to start first.

If you could go back 5 years, what advice would you give your younger self?

Get a mentor/coach as early as you can. I almost stifled my first company's growth with my "I got this" mentality. We all have it, but if you can learn from someone who has done it already and can share the shortcuts with you - take them.

What tips would you give an aspiring EntrepreneuHer who wants to be in your industry?

Choose your integrity over everything and know your worth. Coaching industry can be tough - there are a lot of them out there and they are not all equal. The value that you provide to your clients is going to determine your rate of success.

What has been your greatest accomplishment in your business and personal life?

Watching a woman's light bulb go on in her business! I meet women all the time who think they cannot do something due to their fears or past or limiting beliefs. I give them the tools and hold space, so when they finally birth their business and scale it - there's no better reward for me!

What's next for you?

Expanding iStartFirst globally: we've had women from 16 states and 4 countries at this point. Now it's time to go next level - to start first.
