Introducing, Elesha Jacobs; Systems & Tech Coach, Entrepreneur

Hi Elesha! What do you do? How long have you done it? How did you get started?

Hi! I help coaches and course creatives streamline their online business with systems, automation and tech solutions so they can focus on their zone of genius and regain their time. I have been in the IT industry for over 15 years and in 2019 I decided to start my business with the mission to help empower women's creativity through technology. In October of 2019, I quit my corporate Head of IT Department job and went into full time entrepreneurship. My gifts, talent and passion is tech and I am passionate about using this gift to help women in business marry their business to technology.

What tips would you give an aspiring EntrepreneuHer who wants to be in your industry?

I would advise any aspiring entrepreneuHER to be relentless about pursuing entrepreneurship and be willing to do what's necessary to be successful and make a meaningful impact with their business, platform and clients. Be willing to be the best EntrepreneuHER you can be in your journey.

If you could go back 5 years, what advice would you give your younger self?

I would tell my younger self to start my business and be bold enough to own my gifts.

What has been your greatest accomplishment in your business and personal life?

My greatest accomplishment in my business was to make the first full year by earning 5 figures in profit and personally I've grown through the struggles that has made me stronger, wiser and learning who I am as a Woman in Business.

What's next for you?

As I continue in my entrepreneurial journey, I am working towards building a team that will serve

my clients in excellence and with the core values of my business at the helm of each service rendered.
